Return Shipping Cost

For Defective or Damaged Products: If the item arrived damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or is the wrong item, Blooming Lillies Flower Shop will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. You will not pay anything.
For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you changed your mind, the item doesn't like, or you simply do not want it anymore, the customer will be responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund.
Restocking Fee: We don't charge any restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. 6. Lost/Stolen Packages

Blooming Lillies Flower Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.

If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Taking photos or videos of the damaged parcel helps us process a replacement or refund more efficiently.
